Nick has over 15 years experience across a wide range of corporate finance and commercial roles in the in the oil & gas industry. Most recently, Nick was Corporate Development Director at SE Asian focused Salamander Energy plc (sold to Ophir Energy plc in 2015) and Corporate Development Director at North Sea focused Valiant Petroleum plc (sold to Ithaca Energy inc in 2013). Prior to those rose, Nick worked at Morgan Stanley (energy investment banking) and RBS (structured energy lending & debt advisory).
